Welcome to the Arrow Club, Linear Air's modern approach to private aviation—built for travelers who value time, reliability, and efficiency. Whether you fly occasionally, frequently, or rely on private charter across your entire organization, the Arrow Club provides access to the right aircraft at the right moment, supported by a team that understands real-world travel demands.

The Arrow Club ("Membership") is offered by Linear Air, the trade name of Air Taxi Service and Support LLC ("Linear Air," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in and using your Membership, you agree to the following Terms which govern your participation in the program.

Arrow Fleet

Arrow Fleet is built for companies and teams with extensive or complex travel needs. When different travelers are heading to different places, last minute trips, remote destinations, or recurring departmental routes, Arrow Fleet ensures your organization moves seamlessly.

Disclaimer & Updates

These Terms govern your participation in the Arrow Club. By enrolling or using your Membership, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Linear Air's standard Terms & Conditions, found at www.linearair.com/terms. Linear Air may update or modify these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of your Membership after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. In the event of conflict between these Terms and Linear Air's general Terms & Conditions, Linear Air's general Terms & Conditions will take precedence.

Full Terms & Conditions

1. Membership & Funding

Membership requires one of the following options:

• Arrow Premier | $4,000 funding commitment per month (12-month minimum) or $48,000 funded upfront annually
• Arrow Core | $2,000 funding commitment per month (12-month minimum) or $24,000 funded upfront annually

Payments are made via bank transfer or wire transfer, are non-refundable, non-transferable and may only be used by the Member and designated authorized travelers.

If annual members exhaust their balance before their anniversary date, company will collect $10,000 to be added to their account balance and will do so each time member exhausts existing balance. At the anniversary date, company will assess existing funds on account and collect amount to true up to initial funding level.

2. Term & Renewal

Membership is valid for 12 months from enrollment.

Unless canceled at the end of the initial term, Membership automatically renews in 12-month increments at the applicable rate selected.

For monthly memberships, after the initial term membership can be cancelled with 60 days notice.

Annual memberships can be cancelled with 60 days notice and will remain valid through the end of the then current term.

Funds in an active Arrow Club account never expire. Upon cancellation, any remaining balance is held on account for 24 months from the cancellation date and may be applied toward flights at standard rates during that period.

3. Authorized Travelers

Members may designate additional adult travelers in writing.

Members remain responsible for compliance by their designees.

4. Flight Services

Flights are provided by licensed third-party air carriers operating under FAA Part 135 or other applicable regulations.

Operational control of each flight rests solely with the assigned carrier.

5. Booking & Cancellations

Flights must be booked through www.linearair.com or the Linear Air customer service team.

An up-to-date cancellation policy can always be found at www.linearair.com/terms.

All flights are subject to availability, aircraft and airport limitations, slot restrictions, and regulatory requirements.

6. Pricing & Deductions

Upon booking, Members receive a confirmation showing the applicable discount (5% or 10%) applied to trip pricing.

The net cost is deducted from the Member's Arrow Club account.

7. Identification & Travel Documentation

All adults 18 years and older must present valid REAL ID compliant identification for domestic travel prior to boarding.

International flights require a valid passport for each traveler.

Boarding may be denied without proper documentation and may result in cancellation of the trip at full cost to the customer.

Unaccompanied minors must meet current FAA requirements.

8. Credit Authorization

Any flight cost exceeding the available account balance requires advance payment via ACH transfer, wire, or credit card.

9. Pets

Members must notify Linear Air at the time of booking if traveling with pets. Pets may be required to travel in an approved carrier.

10. Luggage

Luggage requirements must be disclosed when scheduling a flight.

Restrictions may apply due to aircraft size, weight, and safety limitations.

11. Benefits

Forty-eight and seventy-two hour availability guarantees may be supported by aircraft outside of the desired aircraft category. Any decrease or increase in cost will be reflected in final price to member before booking.

Unlimited upgrades and downgrades refers to members ability to choose from any aircraft category for their trip. Total price reflected will be determined by members selected aircraft category for that particular trip. Total cost of coordinated ground transportation and catering, if not paid for directly by customer, will be billed to customer separately.

12. Delays & Force Majeure

Linear Air is not liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather, mechanical issues, crew availability, labor disputes, government actions, or other force majeure events.

No refunds or damages are owed for interruptions due to such events.

13. Aircraft Damage

Members are responsible for costs resulting from damage to the aircraft caused by themselves or their guests, excluding normal wear and tear.

14. Additional Terms

Members are bound by terms published on Linear Air price quotes, booking documents, and at https://www.linearair.com/terms, as amended.

15. Termination by Linear Air

Linear Air may terminate Membership at its discretion.

Upon termination, unused balances will be refunded less any amounts owed.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Enforcement & Legal Costs

If legal action is required to enforce these Terms, the prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

18. Assignment

Membership rights may not be transferred or assigned without prior written consent from Linear Air.

19. Waiver

Failure by Linear Air to enforce any provision does not waive its right to enforce that or any other provision in the future.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

21. Entire Terms

These Terms represent the entire understanding regarding Membership and supersede prior agreements or discussions.
