WHITE PLAINS - An air taxi service between White Plains and Boston is set to create a new way for business travelers to go between cities.
Boston-based service Linear Air has joined forces with New York operator Hopscotch Air for flights departing from a private-use aviation facility at Westchester Airport.
The single-engine Cirrus air taxi has seating for three passengers, lots of room for luggage and more leg room than some first-class carriers. The service will run about $800 to $900 per passenger.
